Save it on your hard drive. Use your Windows' Explorer and double click. It extracts a graphic file, kama1.bmp. Copy it in your windows directory (for example, c:\Windows\kama1.bmp).
On Windows Desktop, right mouse click on where there is no icon. Choose Properties, and choose Background. Select kama1 and click on OK.
